Our Mission & Vision

At CALSLIST Our vision and mission is to help build a community of Black Men ,in all fields of endeavor, to Heal and Grow through foundational concepts of Mind, Money and Muscle.

My name is Chris and I started Calslist 20 years ago and decided it was time, about a year ago, to share my continuous journey with like minded indivduals that can help build a stronger community and future for us all.

It started out as a random mix of foundational thoughts and observations on building a strong mindset, money skills and building a strong healthy body, but over the past year, I ‘ve been able to get clearer on my vision and I started sharing tips and best practices on how to simpify life and create the BEST version of yourself.

I focus alot on improving your mindset, money and muscle through actionable advice and I try to do it in a practical and relatable way or the simplest way possible from a Black perspective.

Now I am not the expert in any of these fields but I noticed certain patterns  and themes that tend to repeat themselves through books, lectures , podcast, music, friends, family etc. and these are the Foundational things that every Black Man should share in our community to help us florish.
